Our Mission

We produce timely economic, demographic, and forecast information on the regional economies of California, including projections of economic and real estate activity by county.

We provide businesses, universities, cities, counties, and organizations with updated economic and real estate information necessary for making investment decisions.

Capabilities

We maintain a large and updated database of economic, real estate, and demographic information for the nation, the state, and by county for the purpose of:

      conducting timely economic analysis

      producing county-level forecasts

      assessing the current economic status of a city, county, or region

      producing commentary on the California and US Economies
